Determined to expand his business horizon, in 1993 he founded in Ghana his first venture, Forewin Ghana Limited that had become a leader and a reference in the field of distribution and marketing. His passion and trust in Ghana drove him to attract investors and aggressively diversify into various sectors of the economy.

Believing in the abundant talents of professionals in Ghana, he built a strong management team that shared his vision and have now grown into a Forewin family in excess of 1500 members. Offering a full workshop facilities, spare parts and after sales service. Brand portfolio includes BOMAG, Doosan, Bobcat, Merlo, Cifa, Jab and others.

Ghassan, self-made, self-educated during the course of his career he completed a post Graduate Advanced Management Program AMP at the renowned INSEAD Fontainebleau, the Business School of the World. His contribution to the Ghanaian economy is noticeable. Ghassan has always encouraged others to contribute their quota to national development with guiding principles that whatever they did should be based on trust, win-win and transparency.

• Sponsoring the cash prize for the Ghana–Peru Arts Contest, encouraging cultural exchange and creative expression.
• Providing financial support for humanitarian outreach activities conducted in collaboration with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees at refugee camps in 2019.
• Funding the cash award for the “Vale un Peru Award” for the best graduating Spanish student for five consecutive years, promoting academic excellence and the study of the Spanish language.
